Helping brands on their journey towards sustainability and circularity is a big part of what we do at Reskinned. Our strong brand partnerships are the cornerstone of our mission to create a more circular fashion industry, and our Brand Partnership Manager, Francesca, is the powerhouse making it all happen. Even with her busy schedule, we managed to squeeze in a chat to learn about her journey at Reskinned. She shared insights about what her typical day looks like and even revealed some of her best tips!

My career history has always been within fashion brands (previously Kurt Geiger & Dune London) but I started to become increasingly interested in sustainable fashion in 2022 and joined Reskinned right at the beginning of its journey.
It’s been really exciting seeing how quickly Reskinned is growing in the ever-evolving space of fashion sustainability.
Since I joined 2 years ago I’ve onboarded almost 20 new brand partners who we now run takeback and resale programmes for and been involved in exciting projects like powering the Ebay auctions for ITV Love Island’s pre-loved wardrobe.
I love feeling like I'm helping brands make a positive impact. The fashion industry has long struggled with its environmental footprint, so guiding brands to shift their business models towards sustainability is incredibly rewarding.
Watching companies transform and change their business model to be more planet-friendly makes me feel like I'm contributing to a significant change.
It’s inspiring to see the tangible effects of our efforts and know that we’re making a difference, one brand at a time.
Most days are quite different!
As Brand Partnership Manager, I’m often out and about meeting with our brand partners, attending networking events and speaking about all things circular fashion at panel talks.
Other times you’ll find me down at our warehouse working with the warehouse team on guidelines for selecting the monthly brand resale drops or on a not-so exciting day head down in a spreadsheet crunching some numbers to demonstrate to potential brand partners how Reskinned can turn their problem stock into profit!
I am a real people person, so I thrive on working with our diverse brand partners, each with their unique challenges, goals, and audiences. Helping them on their journey toward full circularity is incredibly fulfilling.
Whether it’s brainstorming innovative solutions or celebrating milestones, I cherish every interaction.
Additionally, I work alongside the most amazing and hardworking team, learning something new from them every day. Their dedication and passion inspire me to do my best and push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.

With inspiration from Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok, I can usually create multiple different looks using the same few staples on repeat.
It's amazing how a bit of creativity can transform your wardrobe without spending any money!
If you really want to treat yourself to something new, why not shop second hand? Platforms like Reskinned, Vinted, and eBay are treasure troves for past gems at a fraction of the price.
