Delivery and Returns Policy

Resale delivery:

Reskinned provides tracked delivery for all orders, with shipping costing £3.85 per order, no matter how much it weighs.

Orders are processed within one to three business days, and are expected to arrive with you within three to five business days. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed and despatched the following Monday or business day. Please note orders are not processed or sent out on weekends and bank holidays.

Once your order is despatched, we’ll send you an email detailing the delivery service used and a tracking code. Our delivery partner will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

In the unlikely event that an order does not reach you within 14 days please contact our customer services team at resale@reskinned.clothing and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds:

We’re sure you’ll love your Reskinned purchase. However, if it doesn’t fit or is not quite your style, then you have 30 days from the day after delivery to return it to us for a full refund of the item purchase price. Please note the item must arrive back in our warehouse within these 30 days. We are unable to refund delivery charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That means the item must be unworn and you must not have removed any original brand or Reskinned tags or labels if any.

Returns are simple at Reskinned. Email us at resale@reskinned.clothing with your order number and the items you are looking to return (if you can provide the SKU/s from the packing slip that would be great). Then, post your return, making sure you have enclosed your original packing slip (please highlight on this which items you're returning).

Please note that the customer covers the cost of return shipping. We also recommend purchasing tracking with confirmation upon delivery, as Reskinned are not liable for items that don't arrive. Cost of postage is non-refundable.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We aim to process all returns within 10 working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
